Please call our disability services phone line at 406-443-3800 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

At Homecrafters Furniture and Mattresses we have a no-questions-asked, 10-days return policy.

Take 10 days to test out your new furniture. If you decide you want to return an item, or even your entire order we accept the furniture back. No matter whether the color’s not working for you, you haven’t found it to be comfortable enough or you’ve simply changed your mind, it’s no problem.

Merchandise must be returned in like new condition, free of odor, soiling & pet hair or dander. Sorry, no returns on the following items: Specials or custom orders, bed pillows, cut yardage, mattresses (unless protection was purchased) and mattress pads.
