Started in 1970 by Remi Lancette, Homecrafters has changed a lot over the past 48 years. A hometown store with a hometown focus, Homecrafters strives to deliver high value and responsive service. Our History

We started in business in 1970 and we occupied a small building on the other side of the railroad tracks.

In 1972, after scrimping and saving, we managed to scrape together $3000 and moved into our building on Euclid Avenue. At that time it was the two-lane highway to Missoula.

In 1982 we completely remodeled the building giving us more room and updating our look.

In early 2000, we completely remodeled the building again, adding a second floor showroom for additional showroom space. We have now moved into a new location which is at 400 Euclid Avenue.

As Homecrafters has changed and expanded over the years so has our family. We started with 2 sons and 1 daughter and now have grown to 18 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Homecrafters has always been an extension of who we are and we have been blessed to be able to serve and be a part of the Helena community these past 48 years.
